Job Purpose

  • Providing technical installation, service, and support for technology products for our customers, partner companies and colleagues across Nordic cluster, with a focus on Denmark, to enable an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical support by phone, email and in person for our customers within the Nordic cluster.
  • Manage escalation process to relevant EURAM Customer Services and Support team to ensure full resolution.
  • Technical service of technology products mainly in our workshop but also on site at farms and customers within the Nordic cluster.
  • Organizing of stock including order of parts.
  • Invoicing of spare parts.
  • Testing and assembling the customized technical product following the customer's order.
  • Delivery and installation of finished products to customers mainly in Denmark but also within the Nordic cluster.
  • Installation, consultation and training of customers and their employees on site mainly in Denmark but also within the Nordic cluster.
  • Support Denmark and Nordic organizations by providing timely and comprehensive after sales support to farmers.
  • Be the operational point of contact for technology products. Activities include overseeing supply issues, returns process, the introduction of new products & features, and providing technical support and training for relevant Nordic colleagues.
  • Keep technical skills and product knowledge up to date by attending relevant internal training sessions.

Qualifications and skills

  • Prior experience with a technical background and/or education with a technical focus.
  • Experience in technical customer support and after sales care.
  • Communication skills, able to transform technical language to end users' understanding.
  • Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A team player.
  • Able to work in a matrix organization and build good working relationships with local, regional and global contacts.
  • Fluency in Danish and English
  • Willing to travel 3-5 days/month within the Nordic cluster
  • IT experience with office365
